As a husband-and-wife team, we take pride in providing a personal and professional service from the first enquiry through to project completion. Chelsea manages client communications, emails, invoicing and the day-to-day administration of the business, ensuring every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. Tom, our lead builder and project manager, works closely with clients from the initial meeting through to completion, overseeing the construction process and ensuring every project is delivered with care, quality and attention to detail

Initial Site Visit
We'll visit your home to understand your project in more detail, discuss your ideas, assess the property and answer any questions. This allows us to provide informed advice before moving forward.
Planning & Technical Information
If required, planning permission, structural calculations and architectural drawings should be completed before we prepare your quotation. Once these are ready, simply send them over and we'll begin pricing your project.
Detailed Quotation
We'll provide a clear, comprehensive quotation outlining the scope of works, specifications and costs. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.
Project Review Meeting
Once you've had time to review the quotation, we'll meet to discuss every aspect of the project. We'll answer any questions, make amendments where required and ensure you're completely happy before work begins.
Secure Your Build Date
When you're ready to proceed, we'll request your deposit. Once received, your project is scheduled into our construction diary and preparations begin.
Construction & Completion
Our experienced team will carefully manage every stage of the build, keeping you informed throughout. From the first day on site to the final handover, we focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and delivering a home you'll love for years to come.
Transparent Payment Schedule
We operate a straightforward weekly payment schedule to ensure complete transparency throughout your project. Invoices are issued every Friday for work completed and any materials purchased during that week, with payment due by the following Monday. This rolling approach means you only pay for progress that has already been made, keeping payments aligned with the stage of your project and providing a clear, up-to-date record of costs from start to finish.
